How do I prepare Dandelion Essence?

STEP 1: Add 1 teaspoon (4g) into a coffee filter or French press.

STEP 2: Add 250ml of boiling water for one mug of goodness. Infuse for 2-3 minutes. Like a stronger taste? Brew for longer.

STEP 3: Serve with your milk of choice and add honey to sweeten, if desired.
